Frühstudent at UHH; from October 2026, BSc Mathematics at Universität Bonn. Interested in algebraic geometry.
[PLACEHOLDER: bio_paragraph] I am a first-generation mathematics student currently taking MSc-level courses in algebra, algebraic geometry, and topology as a Frühstudent at the Universität Hamburg. From October 2026 I will begin the BSc programme in mathematics at the Universität Bonn, with the long-term aim of pursuing doctoral research in algebraic geometry.
My interests sit, broadly, around schemes and sheaves, intersection theory, and classical results that connect the two — for instance, the configuration of the twenty-seven lines on a smooth cubic surface. I am at an early stage and most of what appears here is in progress; corrections are welcome.
Currently
- Reading Hartshorne, Algebraic Geometry, Chapters II–III; working through exercises in parallel.
- Attending lectures on commutative algebra and algebraic topology at the Universität Hamburg.
- Volunteer tutoring through Lern-Fair, mostly mathematics at the Oberstufe level.
